Returns
We sincerely hope that you will be pleased with your purchase! If you do wish to return or exhange something, please read through our 4 simple & straightforward return policies below.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We only accept returns or exchanges of unworn & unwashed clothing/jewelry with tags still attached.
We only accept bedding or towels for return or exchange if they have NOT been removed from the packaging (and are, of course, unused & unwashed.)
Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
For returns: You must include your invoice (or at the very least your order ID #) - please circle the item you are returning on your invoice. If your items fit the above return policies, simply mail them back to us at the address below. We will let you right away when we receive them, and as long as they meet the posted criteria we will credit your card or PayPal account back the same day.

For exchanges: You must include your invoice - please circle the item you are exchanging on your invoice. Please include what item you would like in exchange - size, color, style, etc., as well as your name, credit card number and expiration. Contact us prior to exchange to ensure merchandise is available. All additional fees incurred during the exchange will be charged to the customer, and any applicable refunds will be applied. Customers are responsible for paying
shipping back to the customer.
Whe returning items to Organic Bamboo Clothing, please place them in a box with the invoice and ship them back to the address below. Customers are responsible for shipping back to Organic Bamboo Clothing.
Please keep in mind the following:
Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Worn/washed clothing and opened bedding/towels cannot be returned or exchanged.
We don't accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from purchase.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited (this is up to your credit card issuer when they apply my refund - I credit back within 48 hours, and 99% of the time on the same day!)
Refunds may not show up on your credit card for 1-2 billing cycles (again, this is up to your issuer.)
