Shipping
We typically ship via UPS domestically; USPS outside of the continential US or if you input a PO Box address in the shipping address field. Please contact us if you would like a different shipping method.
We do our very best to ship your items the same day we receive your order, as long as your order is placed before 12 PM Central Time. Orders placed after shipping has gone out for the day will go out the next business day. We don't ship over the weekend, so orders placed between noon Friday through anytime Sunday will go out Monday morning.
For overnight & 2-day orders, we use UPS. UPS does not count Saturdays or Sundays as "days" so please keep that in mind when placing overnight/2-day orders! See ups.com for more details.
Occaisonally we have items shipped directly to you from our suppliers. This means that in some cases, you will receive your order in multiple packages. Since our suppliers are located all over the US you might get 1 item before the others arrive, but never fear - we always ship everything at the same time, and will always let you know if something will take extra time due to an out-of-stock or backordered situation. Unless otherwise notified, all items should arrive within 10 days of order date (and that's giving myself some cushion - it's usually within a week.)
We definitely ship internationally; if you input an international address in the shipping address section on checkout, you will automatically be quoted international rates. Canadian addresses have a specific "Canadian Shipping" option. We've tried to make our shipping as reasonable as possible for our friends outside the US!!
We use 100% recycled boxes, 100% recycled tissue paper for packing material, 100% recycled poly mailers for small, light items (like orders of one shirt) & 100% recycled jewelry boxes.
